Lucky Road Run Shop

I visited Lucky Road Run Shop a couple times recently, and I must say, their customer service is outstanding every single time. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to help.

I was headed somewhere else and happen to see this run shop and instantly had to go in! I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked if I needed help. When I did need help the staff answered all of my questions. Overall good vibe and a nice running store if you are looking for running stuff.

The owners and staff at Lucky Road are truly the best in the business. They take the time to listen to customer needs and troubleshoot any issues or discomfort, making the shopping experience both informative and enjoyable. For instance, the bottoms of my feet used to tingle after 10 minutes of vigorous activity.

One of my favorite local businesses in Richmond and a genuine gem of a store. I have gotten running shoes 3x here and every time the experience is smooth and pleasant! Customer service is top-notch and they are genuinely invested in getting you into the right shoe.
