The $5.25 million project reconstructed the running track and synthetic turf field, and installed an adult fitness area. Please follow the track rules. Walkers on the outside lane. Wheels of any kind prohibited. Thank you!
As a beginner runner, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to start than the running track at Juniper Valley Park. The track surface is smooth and well-maintained, which makes it easy on the joints, something I really appreciate as I build up my endurance.
I just wanted to give a shout-out to the Auxiliary Officers from the 112th, 113th, and 114th precincts. I was on one of my walks in Juniper Park last Friday evening. I stopped to help a man whose minivan had a flat tire.
