On Store NYC Williamsburg

Amazing experience at the On Williamsburg store. The layout is beautiful, and the staff go above and beyond. Mik was especially great — she took the time to listen to what I needed, walked me through different options, and made sure I found the perfect fit. Easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while.

This flagship store is by far the best. Location in the heart of Brooklyn’s quiet neighborhood, the friendliness of the staff and management are second to none. All of them are very attentive and would make sure you are satisfied with their services and products.

This was my first time at an On store and I was impressed! Courtney and the staff were so friendly and patient, happily checking for different sizes and colored me try. If you’ve been wanting to try a wider range of On stuff this is definitely the place to come .

Matt was exceptionally helpful--i went in concerned I would leave without any pairs after having done research.
