House of Run and Tri

Helpful group of folk, I've been running and biking with them for over a year now and really enjoy both groups. Super social runs that start from different parts of the city and make an effort to support local small businesses (typically breweries) after the runs.

I am a big fan of Joe Fung and his new business House of Run N Tri. Opening soon on Eastern avenue, his business will serve novice as well as serious runners and Triathlon enthusiasts. Expert knowledge and superior products at a nice price.

I've been a member of the running group since it started. I love the extra motivation that training with others provides and like knowing other people when we are racing. I also enjoy hanging out after our training on Tuesdays and grabbing a beer at Allyn's, Oak Tavern or Jefferson Social.

Great place for running shoes and bikes. Joe is knowledgeable about what shoes will are best for his customers. If you are looking to join a Running Group as a first timer or a seasoned veteran of marathons or triathlons this is the place to be.
