Really great customer service! Staff took the time to explain the process and put some thoughtful effort into choosing shoes. They were able to explain the type of shoe that I was wearing and make a selection that was better suited for my foot.

Was helped by David. He let me try on several pairs of shoes, explained to me the difference in cushion and stability of different shoes, he gave me honest opinions about different brands. He was not judgmental and didn’t talk down to me.

QUALITY FOOTWEAR, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF READY TO ENSURE YOUR BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AND WHAT IS BEST FOR YOUR FOOTWEAR LIFESTYLE NEEDS. THE ONLY ISSUE WITH THE NEWPORT KENTUCKY LOCATION IS PARKING: Newport KY location needs parking arrangements. It's often difficult to get in this store.

I visited the store for the first time. The employees were very helpful. It was great that you got the foot evaluation for free and the personalized service verses just receiving a box of shoes from a clerk to try on and judge for yourself. The price was the same as other retailers as well as online.
