Great Customer Service: I had issues with a pair of shoes that I had recently bought at New Balance for use on an elliptical. I called and expected them to tell me there was nothing they could do but instead the manager kindly suggested many ideas on how they could help and asked me to come in at my convenience.

Danny and Justin went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect size insole and over all shoe. I tried on three different styles and two different sizes for each style definitely a very very picky and indecisive customer and they were very friendly and cool to talk to.
