Oh, seriously?! I've not been to many running stores, and honestly find them to be a little clicky or snobby (how many marathons have you run this year? Oh, only 6?) Not to mention expensive! And often the 'experts' are sometimes not that great. This place, so different. Friendly, funny staff...

I rarely write reviews, but this place is really great. It feels like stores used to feel 20 years ago. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. No upsell. The employees really want you to get the best shoe and don't act like you're bothering them. I got a pair of shoes I'm really happy with, and learned a lot in the process.

Santiago was so helpful and knowledgeable. Even opened early for me and gave me a great overview of all that is available for running shoes for high arches, etc. He even showed me how to get what I need from another provider if I wanted.

Came in with an exceptionally old pair of shoes that were in dire need of replacement - and the first pair of recommended shoes were perfect.
