Got my shoes in today and couldn’t be happier. Lifetime fan of new balance and first time in the store.

The staff was very helpful in getting me fitted for and selecting the right pair of running shoes. The store is clean and has a great selection of footwear but above all, I think customer service is best reason to buy your shoes here. You get personalized 1-on-1 service, unlike most shoe stores.

We always buy shoes for our son here and absolutely love this place. The staff is incredibly attentive and takes the time to make sure the fit is perfect for his constantly growing feet. The service is always friendly, and the selection is excellent. This is definitely our go-to store.

Every time I visit this store. I experience great customer service. They have a wide range of sneakers. And the staff is VERY friendly, knowledgeable about foot and active wear.

I've been purchasing my New Balance 1540v3 model for several years. With my pre-diabetic feet they are the best all around shoe available in my opinion. I also buy the insoles for extra comfort on the treadmill or just walking for my travel writing profession.
