Visited this location for the first time today with a returning customer, and I was thoroughly impressed. Despite it being a Sunday, the staff stayed open late just to accommodate us — and they didn’t cut corners on the experience at all.

The associate at fleet feet worked exclusively with us while we were in the store. They scanned our son's feet and then brought out shoes to specifically fit his extra wide feet and recommended proper insoles to account for his low arches. We appreciated the service and got appropriate shoes.

Taylor helped me, and she was great. I came in to buy a pair of Powerstep insoles. She guided me to buy a better-fitting pair than the ones I previously bought. She did a scan of my feet, which was so informative; she explained it and emailed it to me. She asked if I was interested in getting shoes or anything else.

I was looking for a new pair of sneakers. I had been fitted a few years ago and thought I would see if anything changed. I was greeted promptly and explained the reason for my visit. I was given a few options and found a pair that fit great! Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff!
