Very disappointed. I ordered a pair of Hokas. You took my payment, you sent me confirmation that my in store p/up were ready. I drove 45 min to your store. No shoes!!

I've been a loyal customer at Fleet Feet for a while now, and I can confidently say their service is exceptional. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to ensure I find the perfect pair of running shoes. They’re also super friendly, making every visit a great experience.

Fleet feet’s reputation, and I was impressed with a member of their helpful staff, (Braydon) who spent time with a one on one personal evaluation foot technology screening.

Great shoe buying experience. Very knowledgable staff that evaluated my feet and my condition to help me find the right shoe. I initially purchased a very expensive set of shoes but after a couple of weeks these shoes were actually causing aggravation to my foot problem.

This place is a hidden gem. I was most impressed with the customer service received from one of the staff. I went in for an item I saw was available from a website and couldn’t find it in store. He found it in a place i would’ve missed entirely.
