I visited the Fleet Feet in Elmhurst yesterday for the first time and loved it. Their 3D foot scan is very thorough and was explained well. Their shopping process seems to be mostly hands on and staff-guided.

I had a fantastic customer experience at Fleet Feet Elmhurst and highly recommend this location! My first experience was during the weekday—Jay was incredibly kind and went out of his way to accommodate a pickup order for me, even though I called right near closing time.

Had a great gym shoe-buying experience with my salesperson Zion. Tried out this location due to them having the highest Google ratings out of most of the Fleet Feet locations in the Chicagoland area.

I loved their free diagnostic exam for my feet, it helped me confirm and discover a lot of points about my necessities regarding my personal way of walking and feet structure. Staff is very helpful and guided me through diverse shoe models evaluation, they listen to you and give you the best type of shoe you need.
