Fleet Feet Carnes Crossroads

I came into Fleet Feet just planning to get my feet measured—nothing more. But within minutes of being greeted by Mindy, that plan completely changed (in the best way possible). She showed me how to sign in on the waitlist (I was second), and within five minutes, she was back and ready to help.

Easily 5 stars! The staff were kind, gave a friendly welcome and the store was maintained very well. Danielle was top notch! Only one of us had the intentions of receiving services today but I was completely blown away with how knowledgeable, helpful and kind she was that I knew I wanted someone like her to help me…

I enjoy every experience I have when shopping at Fleet Feet. The staff are extremely pleasant, welcoming and most importantly knowledgeable! I feel as if I get sound personalized advice vs a sales pitch. This is the only store I purchase my tennis shoes and insoles from. I have not participated in a run group yet.

My first experience here at this place! Incredible staff person helped my through the process and explained the concept well! My feet were extremely happy leaving the place!! Highly recommend!
