Excellent customer service is found here.I got a new pair of running shoes with insoles that were matched to my feet. The 3d foot scan shows the exact size of various parts of your foot and when paired with the staff's expertise, they were able to recommend the best shoe for me.

Aaron is simply the best! When we first walked in the store we were immediately greeted by Aaron and asked what we were looking for. I did the foot analysis, it was quick, easy and provided amazing information for each foot size, width, etc.

A coworker recommended Fleet Feet to me 2 years ago and since then have been a happy customer. Usually I go to the Carnes Crossroads location but this time checked out the West Ashley location. Aaron assisted me in finding a new pair of work and gym shoes in such an efficient, professional, pleasant manner!

Troy and Eryn were absolutely amazing! This was our third time back to the store to try to find the right shoe because we are training for the New York City marathon. They took about two hours to sit with us and try on multiple shoes to figure out exactly what we needed.
