Big River Running Company

On Friday I brought my 3 daughters into the store. I desperately needed new shoes, after three years of pregnancy and changing feet I couldn’t put it off any longer! Jessica was my sales associate and I could not have been more grateful!

My husband and I stopped by Big River on Manchester just by chance last week and it was the best experience we've ever had shopping for good shoes! Truth is, we've never hesrd of Big River and we willbe back!! *Jessica* took exceptionally good care of us as we both were in need of shoes!

I was in search of new road shoes, my old ones were almost four years old. Reason, I stop running outside due to knee issues. For years my go to shoe was Brooks Glycerin. Walking into Big River Manchester, MO. I was open to other brands and suggestions. Although, I was on the fence with Hoka.

I gave four stars because when we first came into the store, it was at least 7-8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Yes, they were busy, but a “Hi,i we’ll be right with you” would’ve been nice. Otherwise, it was very good experience. I’ve worked with Cole and tried on many pairs of shoes and insoles.
