What runners say

This On store is in a nice location with the latest On products. The staff is super helpful and overall it was a nice experience. They could improve by providing restrooms (there are none) and more areas to sit and try on shoes (many tourists and shoppers made it so busy).

Place to pick up your bib and gear before the NYRR races, such as the NYC marathon and other major and minor races. They also have a ton of New Balance gear and describe the history of NYRR. Well organized with helpful staff that helped me get out with my bib and shirt in under 3 minutes.

Love that they have lockers for the public to use. They have a TON of smaller ones where you have to bring your own lock, and 11 slightly larger lockers with a digital lock (16”x16”x16” is my guess). I used the digital lock one and it fit my laptop (15” MacBook Air) and backpack.
