HOKA Flagship Store, NY

HOKA defaced Prospect Park, a beloved, shared space, that is otherwise devoid of commercialization and advertising - a city park. HOKA is yet to address this publicly.

Second visit n a week. All staff very very helpful and informative about the different shoe styles. Bought shoes to test at home. Very easy on returns. Went back again today to return the extra shoes we bought. The clerk was soooo nice and handled the returns quickly. What a pleasure.

I had a lovely experience at the flagship HOKA store in NYC. I walked in on a Sunday morning, desperately in need of a pair of HOKAs (the wrong walking shoes in Manhattan had hurt my feet).

Everyone knows that shoes are good, and it's a matter of whether you're satisfied with the service aspect. The reason I use the store is that there's a machine that can measure my feet there, and it's not only the launch size but also the ball size. Arch height. It even recommends shoe models that match it.

Brand new customer. Went into the store to try on some hiking boots, and Destiny was so amazing and attentive in helping out. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful, but Destiny truly made the shopping experience incredibly enjoyable, and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience pleasurable.
