Wagner's RunWalk

It's been more than 10 years since I've gotten any shoes at a physical store. I've always gone to Amazon, but after my visit here and the work they put into measuring my gait and making sure I understood all my options and pricing. I bought a pair of shoes.

The staff at Wagner's was so attentive and knowledgeable! My husband I originally visited to get new footwear for my husband who suffers from plantar fasciitis. As i observed the great service my husband received, I decided to get some new insoles and shoes too!

I went by late Sunday afternoon on mother's day of all things. They were moderately busy and still quickly greeted me. The guy that helped me was a really nice person named Ramone(sp?). He got my insole measured and sized me for a new pair of hoka shoes. He also suggested I get some balega socks.

The Wagner’s team is super helpful & knows their shoes. During an incredibly busy weekend Anna was laser focused, diagnosed my shoe needs & helped us even score better savings. So excited for our purchases and looking forward to always going back to best run store in Tuscaloosa! They have heart & the best service.
