Verfaillie Shoes

With the throw away culture we live in today it's nice to have a place that offers shoe cobbler services. I had the soles on my otherwise perfectly fine boots replaced with much better treads breathing new life into them giving me more miles for a lot less than a new pair. They even gave them a nice polish!

We drove in from Chatham Ontario this morning and we had a great experience in the store. We had a homemade “trace job” of our sons feet on a sheet of paper. The staff took time to listen to our concerns and we listened to their suggestions.

I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place regarding customer service or quality. I just recently brought two pairs of my lounoutins to this place to be repaired and resoled, the staff was so nice and very helpful. Prices are not outrageous and are very fair.

Verified happy customer. My sandals were in need of a skilled shoe repair. I arrived at Verfaille Shoes with my sandals and was instantly welcomed by their staff. Robert identified the problem and repaired them on the spot. Would recommend and will return with future shoe needs.
