I stopped into Ultimate Fit hoping to find a comfortable pair of shoes for my aching feet, and I ended up receiving one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.

My wife was in there a couple weeks back to get her first pair of running shoes. Joe did a great job working with getting her in something she liked. I needed a new pair for my longer runs since I felt like I was working for my shoe more than my shoe was working for me. We waited for Joe and he delivered again.

I went to Ultimate Fit to exchange a shoe size. As I approached I heard music playing as I entered the store. Really liked that. The store looked very nice with the latest fitness equipment, shoes, sunglasses, apparel, and other accessories.

I bought a pair of Brooks walking shoes from Christian today, what an excellent experience! He listened to my needs, helped me with exactly what I wanted and was polite and professional. I broke them in with a 3 mile walk as soon as I got home and they are definitely worth the price!
