Best way to start is saying Tri Hard has Chick-fil-a level customer service with a Cheers vibe when you step in! I started a convo through FB messenger while planning out a mountain bike for our son's bday.

We discovered this bike shop waiting for the restaurant across the street to open We visited May 9, 2025. This is a great bike shop! At that time I just bought some biking clothes. But fast forward a whole year to today and Duncan was incredibly helpful with a recall on my Specialized e-bike.

We stopped here to rent bikes for the day. Everyone was very friendly getting us set up. Prices were reasonable and they had a few routes to try. There were no bike lanes and we didn't see any bike racks in the downtown area but it wasn't unfriendly to biking either.

My wife and I own 2 Lectric XP 3.0 ebikes. I wanted to get an annual tuneup on them, and called Tri Hards Sports to schedule an appointment. They are a very busy bike shop, and was told they were about 2-3 weeks out before we could get in. We were put on their schedule.
