Trak Shak

I went in here yesterday because my knee surgeon suggested I get Hoka’s for work to help my knee pain. I was immediately greeted and helped by Aaron, I believe his name was. I was concerned because I hadn’t brought socks, but they have a bin there of clean socks for you to use!

BEST experience in a shoe store by far. These guys were SO gracious to let our staff come in early one day for our whole team to get new shoes for Christmas. I was assisted by Tracy who was nothing short of Top Tier!

I have been a loyal Fleet Feet customer for 10+ years; but after my experience at Trak Shak today, I don't ever want to shop anywhere else for running shoes. The staff were so knowledgeable and patient in helping me to make my selection. Such kind people who are passionate about what they do!

So thankful that after buying shoes again and again that never worked just right that I finally went to the Trak Shack! Their staff was so friendly and took their time listening to what I wanted/needed. From there they found 3 pairs for me to try on which helped me not get overwhelmed.
