We brought our daughter here to get some running shoes. The store was clean and we were greeted by the staff. Jakob was amazing at helping her pick out the perfect shoe.
We came into the store to buy shoes for my son and I. The two salesmen greeted us instantly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in finding us the best pair of high quality and comfortable shoes for school.
Jacob Stout from the Alexandria location was covering in Willmar today and he did amazing and really took care of me. I got my feet scanned, tried on multiple shoes and orthotics combinations, and got help with lacing for ankle support.
Definitely would recommended working with the Willmar Tradehome shoes. He handled my exchange great. I had gotten a pair of shoes and realized they were too narrow, so I went to exchange them, worried I couldn't. He was respectful and helpful with finding a new pair. He clearly knows his job and I'll go back again.
