Exceptional customer service and quality brands at the store. I have an unusual size and Brevin was great about getting it ordered quickly and sent to my home. This shoe was in stock in another store nearby, but I ordered it here because of the thoughtful staff. Well done.

Great customer service, employees want to talk and really build the connection with customers. They also bring out a variety of shoes, giving me a few options and alike items. For all of the haters leaving 1 star reviews, if trying shoes on makes you uncomfortable then maybe go barefoot!

My favorite shoe was discontinued, and I like a brand that is sort of hard to find in stores making it more challenging. I walked in the store, they immediately noticed the shoe I was wearing, acknowledged it’s not something that’s made anymore but had recommendations on similar shoes.
