The young man helping us was very knowledgeable about brands and sizing. When we went in, we described what we wanted and he went to the back and found the perfect options. He put on and tied every shoe that we tried on and made us feel like we were valued.

The very best customer service! It was busy and they still were very above a beyond helpful! Gage and Jayden had helped me and were so polite and patient and me trying get presents and shop myself. Shoes were great prices and variety. Ive been back since and also had an amazing young man help me and my sister.

Stopped into Tradehome shoes to find a pair of Dr. Marten boots for my wife. Tried to find the correct size for my wife at other stores, but none found in stock. Walked into Tradehome shoes for the first time ever and there they were. Taylor, the salesman helped us with our purchases. He was kind, friendly and patient.

My family and I just bought some shoes from there and all of the employees were super nice and very helpful. I didn’t get his name, but he said he knew a little bit of Spanish and he was extremely nice and patient with us. He helped us get the right shoes and even brought out so many for us to try!
