Becca and Kate took excellent care of me today. I returned a pair of Hokas that I had purchased 6/18. I noticed this morning that my sole had started to separate. I went in and asked for options, I was told they could swap for a new pair and Becca sat me and asked what my size was.
Trade Home at Honey Creek square is awesome!!!! The employees make you feel right at home... very knowledgeable about all brands of their shoes.... very friendly staff... they have a wonderful selection of shoes. Plus they have layaway. Which is a big plus with me.
The two salesmen were just so awesome!! I have cerebral palsy so finding good shoes can be a challenge, they were so knowledgeable and I found 2 pairs!! Thanks for having an awesome staff
