Tradehome Shoes

Alex was so helpful in finding the right shoes; despite my indecisiveness, he was very patient and knowledgeable. I generally don’t like being pressured into buying things or even having someone help me through the buying process, but if everyone was like Alex I wouldn’t mind it.

My husband has purchased several shoes from Trade Home and always has had amazing customer service. The last pair was intended for walking hours on concrete. He’d had this particular brand before. These shoes for some reason were not a good fit for him. Expecting to be met with resistance he asked if they could help.

I've come to this place for years now and I've always got a great experience. It's not just selling a shoe, but selling what is comfortable for you specifically. I've gotten shoe lace tying tips and it changed the way I feel. I would recommend anyone with shoe needs to go there.

Scotty provided excellent service. He brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try on and was extremely knowledgeable regarding different brands and styles. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. They have a large variety and inventory; everything from casual, to running, to dress.
