Tradehome Shoes

I had an excellent experience shopping for new boots for my very picky and achy feet. The staff was extremely helpful with finding me a boot and insole that was comfortable. The team was dedicated to finding a solution and didn't mind swapping out different sizes and insoles until we found the right fit.

This store is awesome and has super great quality shoes. You HAVE to see Zoe and have her help you. Super sweet and super knowledgeable! Zoe is the best! Side note. Do not ask for Asst Manager Elliott. He is condescending and makes fun of people and other staff right in front of you.

Had an incredible experience with Gunnar at this store! Gunnar helped me find the perfect shoe for work and travel. I thought I knew what I wanted and he pulled out options that were way better!! HIGHLY recommend Gunnar! As a local, we will be returning!

The wife and I went to the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville on 1/3/26 to do a little “window”shopping. We poked our heads into the Tradehome Shoes store as she had been looking for quite some time for comfortable sneakers. A representative of the store who’s name is Carter was outstanding and wonderful to her.
