Ella was great! Actually, better than great. I wasn’t really set on buying shoes at the mall. I was really just trying on some shoes to see how they felt, but I ended up buying because of how knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful Ella was. Whoever is managing this store needs to give her a raise.
Zach took care of my mom and I a couple months ago, he took his time and made sure we were happy, he took such good care of my mom and you can tell he truly cares for his customers! Fast forward to today I took my girlfriend here to get shoes and I find out Zach is the store manager and he deserves it!
Zach was absolutely phenomenal and super patient during our experience. He worked diligently to make sure me and my 2 adult daughters were in the best shoes for us each individually. He was a lot of fun too.
I can't think Jarod and Branson enough for being so kind and helpful. Good staff and friendly people are hard to find. These two are a great example of great customer service and friendliness. I walked out with some Hokas and socks. Thanks gentlemen
