Tradehome Shoes

My wife and I walked in to the store, as I was looking to buy a new pair of running shoes. Immediately we were greeted with polite professionalism by each employee. One of the 2 male employees working the store knew my size just by looking at my old pair of Brooks I was wearing! Needless to say I was impressed.

Nice little shoe store carrying mostly the more expensive name brands. The store there are very nice and friendly and very helpful. They accept returns with a smile and no questions asked, which was a nice experience. I almost never return items and was a little fearful of returning a pair of shoes I had bought.

Bradley was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help my wife and me find the perfect shoes. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend asking for Bradley if you want great customer service!

Visited the west town mall location, we had the best experience possible the salesman was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We purchased three pairs of shoes and couldn't be happier.
