Came in looking for some shoes for the wife walked out with some boots and shoes for the wife, great place great prices. Joaquin was an expert in all shoe related products and extremely friendly.
The customer service here is excellent. I bought a pair of shoes, from Tradehome of Garden City, a couple of weeks ago, and they were causing one of my heels to get sore. I went to the store today to see if I could return them and was very impressed with how the staff helped me out and handled the situation.
I had an excellent experience working with Josh the manager and staff. They are all very knowledgeable and know there shoes! Josh showed me some new brands that I didn’t know about and took the time to help and explain everything! I ended up upgrading my shoe wardrobe and getting 5 new pairs of shoes!
