Went to your store looking for a new pair of HOKA shoes. Caitlyn helped me and did an amazing job! She was kind and very patient and helpful. I just had to hug her when I left.

Best customer service. Salespeople are knowledgeable of brands and offer insight on best products based on individual needs. Never pushy. I stop in periodically to see what new colors and styles of On Clouds are available and John always remembers me and shows off latest arrivals with offer to order anything available…

Looking for good support shoes for my husband and was referred here by his Dr. We went in looking around and Xander came over to offer help, he went above and beyond with customer service. He was very patient with us and brought out several pair of shoes to try. He did a great job!
