I had the best experience at this store today. I was in the market for a pair of HOKA shoes and I did not know where to begin after reading how many options and lines there are.

Nothing short of amazing! The first time I went in I was met with great staff and exceptional advice. I was directed towards a shoe that at first I was hesitant with, but now I love it. I bounced back and forth a few times between sizes and was able to still come back in and exchange them within a given time frame.

I went in after doing lots of research on new shoes as a walker instead of runner these days. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. There was no push into a certain shoe. They offered the best selections and guided without pressure. After being a Brooks and Aasics girl for years I got my first pair of Hokas.

We have been shopping this location since they first opened. We have always loved the friendly staff and their willingness to show me many different shoes until I find the one. Recently a pair I purchased had a manufacturer defect Juan and his staff were very helpful and kind while coming up with a solution.
