The Runners Forum-Carmel

The staff was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in finding shoes that worked for us! They were very accommodating, especially when they worked with us to help us exchange a shoe and get it in a different size. Ben was super helpful, kind and compassionate to help me fit my 86-year-old mom with a new pair of walking shoes. She has dementia, and is gracious but so confused. Ben never hesitated to jump in and help. A total gentleman, extending his arm to help her walk to try out her new shoes. Thank you Ben.

I am not a runner, but have started walking 10 - 12k steps a day. My wife, who is a runner, suggested I go to Runner's forum & get a good pair of walking shoes. Sooo glad I did! They watched me walk & took a heat signature image of my foot to ensure they understood my body structure & mechanics.
