I've been an avid runner for the past four years and was inflicted with recurring hip flexor issues for the last two. I tried chiropractors and other PTs but the pain always came back. It got so bad, I couldn't even run a half anymore. In desperation, I signed up for a running form analysis.

I’ve been ultra running for a couple of years and decided to get a running form analysis. The entire team was incredibly helpful, and they even worked with me to create a new training plan for my next big challenge. Amazing experience!
