Stride Rite

Just bought sneakers for my grandson. Great staff and service! However i tried all morning to call and it rang and rang they have a problem with their phone.

Independently owned kids' Stride Rite stores are such a rarity nowadays. They are a treasure and should be patronized whenever possible. We got great service here, with my kiddo's feet being painstakingly measured, and the woman who helped us was exceedingly patient as my kiddo insisted on three laps around the store…

Tonight I stopped in with my two energetic boys. The young saleswoman was all alone with a line. She didn't rush anyone, was extremely professional and when I signed in before a mom buying her baby his first pair of shoes, she politely asked me if she could take her first.

Bought our sons first real shoes there and had a wonderful experience. The staff are clearly very comfortable with kids and gave us good insight into how to test if a shoe fits accurately. The shoes might be a bit more expensive than something youd find at target but the experience more than made up for it.
