Their attention to our needs made the whole shoe journey a pleasure.

I visited this location with my 93 year old grandmother, and was helped by Emmet, who was immeasurably kind, patient, attentive, and professional. Emmet spent probably half an hour working with us and helping us find the right pair of shoes.

The staff at the Stan’s Glendale store worked with me through my difficulties with finding the right size in the exact hiking boots that I wanted. They stayed patient and positive while I figured out how to get something that worked when exactly what I wanted wasn’t available.
