Placed an order online on Dec 11. I did reach out to them on 2 different occasions with questions wondering if the item would make it before Christmas because USPS was not updating their tracking info. Once through phone and once through email and both times they were extremely helpful and nice.
I gave this 5 gold stars but Shannon and his staff and Solteria deserve a whole sheet of gold stars. From the amazing customer service, fabulous merchandise and the support they give to the residents and other businesses in Alamance County Solteria rocks!!!
