Happy with the service I got, as well as the product. Got my first pair of Altra trail shoes, and they are really comfortable inspite of not having time to break them in.

I needed colorful athletic shoes for a 5 day conference on concrete floors after being a couch potato for years, and the owner was there to help! I had no problems walking a few miles a day because I was able to try several different brands, widths, and lasts and find the best possible fit with deep cushion.

Stores like Sole Focus Running are why I go to small locally own shops over big box stores. It's a completely different experience. The level of knowledge and customer service is incredible, i'm always gonna buy my shoes from this location now.
