* Update: After this review, I was contacted same day. They could see there was an issue with my order and they were troubleshooting why it was basically stuck. In the meantime they did an order to the store for me to pick up. And I had my shoes within a week.

The best local shoe shopping experience in Anchorage, Alaska ever! The staff really have knowledge on different products, and show they really care about you finding shoes that meet your needs. It’s soooo important to have amazing customer service, when the product you sell can be purchased online / Amazon.

ALEX is SUPERB! Wonderful experience, as always, at downtown Skinny Raven. I thought I knew what I wanted in a shoe, but lacked scope and knowledge. A less attentive, attuned, knowledgeable associate would have let me leave that store with my idea of what was best, but what a shame it would have been to have settled…
