Second Sole

I've had nothing but excellent experience here getting new shoes. Each time I've purchased shoes, the employees will thoroughly examine my current shoes for wear, fit, etc. They'll have several pairs of new shoes for me to try after they return from the back room.

Randy is amazing at what he does. You can tell he cares about each clients needs and isn't willing to simply up sell you into something you may not need. I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and he knew exactly the right shoe to eleviate my pain.

Went to Second Sole in Gahanna today. The attention to what the customer needs has been great each time we have shopped there. We were looking for shoes for our son and myself. Randy was super helpful. All the staff was wonderful.

The staff are runners themselves and will fit you based on how you run and your posture. I was very impressed with the knowledge, helpfulness and attention to detail. The employee was also very friendly. Having the right fitting shoe will prevent unnecessary injuries.
