I met Matt and Dan at the Ironman expo and I told them I forgot my Garmin charger. They told me to stop by the store because they had one in stock. I stopped by the store a few hours later and he already had it waiting for me behind the counter. Very thoughtful staff and an amazing experience.
Ruthie's Run, named after the famous Aspen Mountain ski trail, is our favorite clothing store in Lake Placid. We've bought many things here over the years. Both the inventory and customer service have always been great!
For 10+ years, I have visited Ruthie's Run to purchase my latest Dale of Norway sweater as they truly have the best selection that I've found. The sales person is always very patient with me as I go through the latest selections of what's available and color selections.
Dan is really knowledgeable and helpful in regards to fitting running shoes. Helped me choose two new pairs that have helped my Achilles quite a bit!
