Wonderful to deal with when I had to get a different size. Ordered online but stopped by the store to try on different size. Friendly staff.

Both Michaels that I had the pleasure of speaking to this week were amazing. The first Michael made the process so stress free for me. I ordered my daughter a pair of track spikes that ended up being too small but I got them for a discounted price. I called to ask if I can exchange.

These guys are awesome. Amazing customer experience for online shopping. Had an issue with the billing address and was fixed with a quick phone call. Very courteous customer service personnel. Shipping is fast and they sent me updates on the process as the shipment was prepared and sent with UPS tracking.

We’ve shopped here a few times and we’ve loved every experience! We live a hour away and drive here because the staff is very knowledgeable about all things running, tennis, and pickleball. They are able to answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I need.

Fantastic service and helped me out when Brooks themselves wouldn’t. Ordered the new Glycerin 18’s from them Wednesday night and received them in the U.K. on Monday morning. Great service, great value and a great product. All for the price I would pay for a pair in the U.K.
