Very helpful staff. Run club is fun and a great way to make new friends of all types. I must say, Alec is always wonderful to see. He is helpful, knowledgeable and doesn't make you feel intimidated to ask the 'dumb questions' for more novice runners.

I was extremely nervous about coming in, as I was completely clueless and haven't bought a pair of running shoes in years, but Anni was incredibly helpful and generous with her time.

I absolutely love this store and the staff. The energy is positive and the staff is knowledgeable about their product. They have a nice variety of shoes plus accessories. Great place.

Really kind staff! Ethan was great. The return policy is what I really love about this place. It tells me they care more about wanting to get me into a properly fitted shoe rather than the sale. Thanks Runners Roost!
