I received my Hoka shoes today and I am 100% satified with the seller, Runners Plus. They had the best price and shipped right away. I will buy from them again.

Walked in and met with a polite associate. I explained that I was getting back into running and proceeded to examine how I walked, I have high arches and a slight ankle roll, so she could pull shoes for me to try. She was knowledgeable and patient as I tried on the shoes.

Excellent customer service and lots of stuff to choose from. The sales are great and the clearance selection is always worth taking a gander. The employees want to make sure they get you in the right shoe, so be ready to take a lap around the store. Their return policy is also excellent.

Great first, online purchase experience with Runners Plus! After much research, they had the lowest cost on the shoe I was looking for and the shipping was faster than I anticipated. Once received, the box was neatly packed and the shoes were exactly what I ordered/expected.

Great options of running shoes at the same price as the big box stores and (most importantly) individualized try-on experience. Great 30-day return policy, too! Employees have always treated us with respect and they have a military discount!
