Unparalleled customer service and knowledge. After years of foot problems from flat feet plantar fasciitis and wearing wide width, walking shoes purchased online , I decided to seek advice. I went to Runners House and was informed I had a D width .

Went in as a complete newbie to running, and I was met with very knowledgable and helpful staff. They helped me find the right shoes, giving me plenty of options to try on and compare and explaining the difference between each pair.

Phenomenal customer service! The staff is incredible with their suggestions of the best product for our needs. They listen and offer a service no mall sneaker store can match. There is someone readily available to help when you walk in. They even mailed sneakers to us.

So happy I came here. I always have a hard time buying shoes, especially running/gym shoes. They always feel ok at first and then a few miles in, the backs rub my heels raw or I have friction blisters on my toes. This place was recommended to me because they take the time to fit you first.
