Gregg provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had! I wish I had gone here first. Walking into this store felt less like shopping for another pair of sneakers and more like getting recruited by the world’s most knowledgeable sneaker whisperer. Gregg somehow managed to figure me out within minutes..

Needed to get a new pair of running shoes since my last pair are far past their expiration mileage. Went in as soon as they opened and was greeted by Burke. I told him what I was looking for and he asked a lot of great questions to help get a better idea of the best type of shoe for my needs.

Love Love Love this store! The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I won a gift certificate for a new pair of NB and Gregg helped me. I told him what I was looking for and he knew right away what to recommend. My husband had problems with his knees after running 3 miles. He felt some annoying pain.

Huge shoutout to Greg at Runner’s Edge 🙌 He took so much time with us—walking through multiple shoe options, watching our gait, and really thinking through what would work best for each of us. He was incredibly patient (even with my two kids turning the store into total chaos 😅) and clearly knows his stuff.
