Route 16 Running and Walking

Amazing Staff at Route 16 Running & Walking (fantastic for finding shoes if you have lower back issues) I recently visited Route 16 Running & Walking with what I thought would be a challenge – I have lower back issues, but I love walking and hiking and don't want to give them up.

I have been generally active over the years having run 4 half-marathons and other races as well. My current pair of shoes had reached their limit and it was time for some new ones. I had not been to a running store in this area, but have been to specialized running stores in Fort Worth, TX and in San Diego, CA.

If you need some running shoes and accessories, you should probably check this place out. It's staffed by some serious running and running shoe nerds. I mean that in the BEST way possible. They may not have the selection that larger stores would have, or even online.

Great local store and owner. My son went in looking for track spikes for the high school season. He didn’t end up getting anything today but the owner gave my son a free, barely used pair of spikes that his son ran in for college.
