I have never had bad service here. The staff are friendly and jump right on the task at hand. I went there today because I had Ken Garff Ford in mesquite install my new tires that I put on my 2024 Ford f250 and thought they were out of balance.
We were on our way home from a weekend in Utah when we had a blowout on our trailer and noticed a bulge in the other tire. We pulled into this shop hoping for the best, and they absolutely delivered! The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient—they got us in and out in less than 30 minutes.
We had a roadside emergency on I-15 with a shredded truck tire while towing a trailer. Scott and the team at Roadrunner Tire & Alignment absolutely saved the day. They quickly helped us find the correct tire, got us taken care of fast, and made the whole situation easy during what could have been a stressful afternoon.
