This is a traditional full-service shoe store, the type that I remember from my childhood that has all but disappeared. Highly knowledgeable staff can individualize customer service with their unique technology that's able to map your footprint and video-record your running and walking gait.

Mike was truly fantastic! Was very personable, a good conversationalist and made the process enjoyable between getting fitted for custom inserts to the shoes themselves. He and other staff went over and above to give their first time customer (my partner) a wonderful experience! Thank you all!

Let me say out the gate - the sale rep Mike is awesome! My experience was great and I was actually a little sad to leave the store. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable not just about the products but running in general.
