The VIP program is excellent! I had a problem with my new shoes, a brand I’ve used for years, within two months of wearing them.. I returned them back to the store for a new pair and the staff and service was excellent.

Excellent customer service. Sales associates very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection too. Impressive technology for fitting shoes complete with gate analysis. Very reasonable prices too I think.

I have purchased shoes in the Wilmette store multiple times. Today started off on a bad note with a salesperson whom didn't seem to care about answering my sister and my questions. I think it was time for his shift to end, because he left us in the expert hands of salesperson, Hardings.

Abby was Amazing!!! She showed genuine personal interest, patience, great knowledge of products, & found the perfect fit for my very imperfect feet. I will request her for my next pair of shoes. Craig was also informative and assisted with my questions I thought of after making my purchase.
